4 Hydration Drink
Ingredients:
1 glass approximately 12 to 16oz room temp to warm water
1 tsp Turmeric powder
pinch of pepper
1 lemon juiced
1/4 to 1/2 tsp quality mineral salt. I like Real Salt brand.
Assembly:
Add ingredients to glass stir and enjoy.

With the weather warming up hydration becomes even more crucial for the benefit of our bodies to function at peek performance. Lemon stimulates the bodies organs and supports proper function. Turmeric is a major inflammation fighter and reducer. Enjoy turmeric with a little pepper makes it more absorbable for the body. Quality salt helps feed the adrenal glands and kidney working to create balance and harmony in the body. I enjoy this rehydrating drink on warm days after a sweaty work out. It helps restore my body after vigorous activity. I named this drink COVID-4 because since this new virus has been identified and essentially life as we know it has been turned upside down I’ve been power walking at least 4 miles a day 5 times a week. Since March I have picked up speed and reduced my average mile per hour speed by 90 seconds plus. Got your health, got it all!

Salt is so important to the body and keeping it in balance is even more important. Too much sodium is not good and too little is not good either, it’s kind of like oil in the car. You want it to be just right for peek performance. I like Real Salt by Redmond super easy to find in most large grocery stores or online. Pink Himalayan salt will work just as well in this beverage.
