You will have completed initial intake forms and journals. Provide copies of any additional test or reports you have. We will complete any further metabolic assessments deemed necessary during the initial appointment.
We will review all the information and define desired outcomes.
I will provide recommendations and guidance on how to get started. You will take away getting started recommendations, handout(s) and any additional journals or assessments to be completed by you for our next meeting.
Within 24 hours of our initial consult you will receive, via email, a written course of action on how to begin your nutritional journey to having it all.
I will review all the information and devise a “got your health, got it all” lifestyle modification plan to be delivered at your follow-up appointment

I will present to you the “Got your health, got it all” lifestyle modification plan that has been created for your desired outcomes.
I will provide you with information and ideas on how to get started.

These appointments are tailored to your specific needs and desired outcomes.
We will celebrate you successes and review your challenges.
These appointments are typically scheduled 3 to 5 weeks after your personalized “Got your health, got it all” lifestyle modification plan has been presented. They can be done in person or via the phone/internet.
Within 24 hours of this appointment you will receive, via email, a written course of action for any updates or modifications.
Kitchen Pantry Refresh
2 Hour Appointment (minimum)
Together we will evaluate your kitchen and pantry.
I will make recommendations and suggestions on how you can promote a healthy lifestyle with shifts in food choices and products.
You will receive a pantry modification plan, via email, within 24 hours or our meeting or other agreed upon timing.
Grocery Store/Farmers Market Tours

Guided tours through a store or farmers market of your choice.
The main objective is to educate, promote healthy choices and provide a level of comfort with the choices you can make.
Tours can be customized to meet your or group needs.
